Return period

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a request in writing to:

Return process

After submitting a return request, the customer will receive return instructions from SipaBoards.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying SipaBoards of the withdrawal.

Defective or damaged products

If a product is defective or damaged, SipaBoards will review the case through its customer support and warranty process.
If the claim is approved, SipaBoards will arrange repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return.
If the return is related to an approved warranty claim or product defect, SipaBoards will cover the related shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference, misuse, or damage not caused by SipaBoards, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, SipaBoards will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day SipaBoards is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
SipaBoards may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the customer provides proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions and value reduction

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If returned products have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they are damaged due to improper handling after delivery, SipaBoards may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the product, in accordance with applicable law.
