All SipaBoards products are designed and manufactured to meet high quality and performance standards. To ensure reliability and customer confidence, each product is covered by a defined warranty.

Warranty coverage

The statutory legal guarantee applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The commercial warranty below is provided in addition to, and does not limit, those statutory rights.
2-year warranty on all electronic components
3-year warranty on the board, available as a free extension upon product registration
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product-related issues under normal and intended use conditions.

All requests are handled directly by SipaBoards or by an authorized service partner, depending on the market.

Warranty process

Submit your request via email with a description of the issue.

Initial assessment

Our team will review the case and provide guidance. Many issues can be resolved remotely.

Inspection and handling

If required, SipaBoards will arrange product pickup, inspection, and further handling.

Repair or replacement

If the issue is covered by warranty, SipaBoards will repair or replace the product or component.
If repair is not possible, an appropriate replacement will be arranged.

Cost coverage

Valid warranty claims: approved warranty-related costs, including logistics arranged or approved by SipaBoards, are covered by SipaBoards.
Damage, misuse, or non-warranty cases: customers will be informed and offered a transparent service solution before any action is taken.

Additional information

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or modifications not approved by SipaBoards.
This warranty is provided in addition to and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
